(within Use Classes 'A3' and 'A4' respectively), together with
associated car, cycle, coach and bus parking areas, landscaping and
associated infrastructure'.

Moor Road (A371) to a plot within Locking Parklands including the
provision of a road, cycleway, footpath, landscaping, a new
