We receive planning applications ranging from
putting an extension on a home through to complex multi-million
pound commercial developments.
These major applications are usually bigger and therefore have a
larger impact across the district.
This can be wide-ranging from traffic and public rights of way
to public amenity and climate change.
We can ask developers of larger projects to help improve
facilities in the community through Section 106 Agreements or
Unilateral Undertakings. Further information about this can be
