We understand that the planning
application process can be confusing, so we have provided you with
all relevant information you need in this
page
To make this process easier we have made all our downloadable
forms available on this page and produced a
validation
checklist that sets out what information you do and do not need
to provide in a valid planning application.
We have to charge a fee for processing your planning
application. For full details download a copy of our
fee summary for planning applications.
The Planning Portal, the
government's online planning and building regulations resource for
England and Wales, also provides a
fee calculator service to help you work out the cost of your
planning application.
The forms we use are grouped under several headings to help you
select the most appropriate:
- householder planning application forms
- full planning application forms
- outline planning application forms
- reserved matters
- prior notification forms
- works to trees or hedgerow removal
- miscellaneous
- Application for approval of details reserved by condtion Town

Each form is accompanied by a document that helps explain how to
fill it in.

this.
