additional advice then for a fee we can give you written
advice about whether you need planning
permission.

Pre-application service
We offer a pre-application advice service. There is
normally a fee for this service and we have produced an
advice note which explains these
charges and the service that we provide.
Please note that from the 1 June 2011 we have introduced new
charges for requests for written advice relating to conservation or
listed building consent only.
We can also help you to submit a
valid
planning application.
