building control in England, Wales and Northern
Ireland.
LABC helps
builders, developers and professionals by providing a nationally
coordinated service.
It represents more than 400 local authorities and remains the
leading building control provider.
The organisation also promotes local authority building control
as it offers an impartial service to all customers and project
sizes.
LABC offers a wide
range of services including warranty schemes.
LABC also offer a
Partnering Scheme. This
allows you to partner with a local authority of your choice. You
can deal with your chosen local authority for all of your projects
– no matter where they are in England and Wales. Site
inspections are carried out by the local authority that covers the
area your project is based. This gives you the quickest
response to site inspections with professional local
knowledge.
