In North Somerset public sewers are the
responsibility of Wessex Water.
If you intend to build over or within three metres of
a sewer owned by Wessex Water,
you will need written agreement from the company.
You must not use a Building Notice application in this
situation, a
Full Plans application must be used instead.
Wessex Water may specify certain conditions for the building
work as part of the agreement, and may also a charge a fee to cover
its costs.
