disabled or frail. If you have an assisted collection arranged,

How much garden waste can I put out?
You can put out as much garden waste as you wish. As long as the
green bags are filled with the correct materials there is no
restriction on how many our crews will collect per household.
However, individual bags must weigh no more than 20kg. Crews will
only collect green bags and not other bags filled with garden
waste. If you would like more green bags these can be bought at
various outlets for £1 each.

What if my bag is lost or stolen?
We will replace lost or stolen bags once - free of charge. You
can request a replacement bag by contacting 01934 888 802. One of
our crews will then deliver the replacement bag to your property
within 10 working days. If a bag is lost or stolen for a second
time you will have to buy a replacement bag from one of the outlets
as we cannot afford to keep replacing bags and you will have to
take some responsibility for your bag's security.

What if the crew does not collect a bag - will I
know why?
Crews leave a green tag on any bag that has not been collected.
The tag informs why your bag has been left. For example, it
contains the wrong materials or was too heavy. If a tag has been
left on the bag you aer expected to re-sort your material and put
out your bag at your next collection.

What do I do with waste that has not been
collected?
Please refer to the tag attached to your bag for the reasons why
it has not been collected. You can either separate the materials
correctly and put them out on the next collection day or take it to

collected?
All of your green waste is collected together, including the
