Did you know? The UK alone produces over eight
million tons of cardboard every year. This is the equivalent to
everyone in the country using 140 large cardboard boxes each per
year.
Cardboard is made of cellulose fibres from wood pulp. Cardboard
can be recycled up to five times before the fibres shorten and
begin to disintegrate.
What can you recycle and where in North Somerset?

Plain brown corrugated cardboard
Corrugated cardboard can be very thin, please make
sure there is no printing or tape left on the cardboard when you
recycle it. This is because we compost the cardboard and there are
