We can collect furniture, white goods and other large
items from homes within North Somerset.
We charge for this service and only remove bulky items such
as beds, sofas, furniture, white goods and garden waste.
We will not take away fixtures, fittings or construction waste
and items for collection need to be placed outside your
property.
We aim to collect within seven working days of payment. For

You can pay at your local housing office, our offices in
Somerset
House, Weston-super-Mare, or by contacting our
Streets and Open
Spaces team.
You can also dispose of certain bulky items free of charge
at one of our recycling
centres.
Or contact local charities to see if they will take
away any items. However, they may be selective in
what they will accept.
You could also use a commercial company to dispose of your waste
such as Any Junk, or look in
your local business directory.
