We are responsible for installing and maintaining street
litter bins across North Somerset.
Most of these bins are emptied at least once a week depending on
how much they are used.
Some fill unusually quickly and we will respond promptly to
any reports of them overflowing.
You should also let us know if any bins are
damaged or present a danger or hazard to the
public.
When contacting us you need to provide us with your name, address,
telephone number and e-mail address.
You should also explain the nature of your concern and the exact
location of the bin in question.
We also consider requests to install litter bins at new
sites.
