Do I have to use your service?
No, you could look in the Yellow Pages and find other providers of this service. Just make sure that they are a licenced waste carrier. You could also contact local charities to see if they will collect items, however they may be selective in what they will accept.
Your charges seem expensive compared to other providers, why is this?
Other providers specialise in this type of waste disposal so are able to find more cost efficiencies. This service is an extra that we have to find resources for, so it costs us more to provide.
