The Replacement Local Plan has been prepared under
the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
The
North Somerset Local Plan has been replaced by the Replacement
Local Plan (RLP) which was adopted on 30 March 2007.
The RLP is part of North Somerset's development
framework until 2011 and affects all aspects of planning across the
district.
The RLP comprises a
Written Statement and a Proposals Map, which together include
policies for regulating development across North Somerset.
