The Development Contributions Supplementary Planning
Document will set out how financial contributions will be
sought from new development towards infrastructure provision
in North Somerset.
A Draft document was prepared and consulted upon between
November and December 2010 and this consultation has now
closed. A report will be prepared summarising the responses
made and will inform the ongoing production of the SPD.
