There are a number of council-owned concession sites in
North Somerset, mainly in seafront and park locations.
Our concessions are usually let on a three, nine or 15 year term
and when one becomes available this is advertised in the local
press, trade magazines and on this website.
The sites are usually awarded following a formal tender process
and subsequent evaluation.
