We maintain open spaces in North Somerset for the
enjoyment of residents and visitors.
We own and manage a large estate of
forestry and woodlands across the area and ensure its
protection.
We have local
nature reserves in North Somerset for you to enjoy. We open
them to the public wherever we can and promote visits by schools
and colleges for educational purposes.
We also carry out
countryside surveys in conjunction with partner organisations
or volunteer groups.
We take over the grounds maintenance and minor repairs for such
places upon request from the diocese.
We also provide, maintain and inspect
lifebelts at various sites across North Somerset.
