people buying homes and businesses within North
Somerset.
Our searches reveal any outstanding charges against a property
such as Enforcement
notices or Tree
Preservation Orders (TPOs) as well as other information
including traffic schemes and planning issues.
Our searches usually take three to five working days but we are
unable to answer enquiries about land ownership.

When you are buying a house or business within the district
searches are normally carried out by your solicitor.
However, you can carry out your own search, unofficial personal
search or request a common land search via
