Bullying ruins lives. Many people are able and willing
to help stop the bullying.
If you think you are involved in
hurting people:
- Tell someone you can trust to help you – either at school,
home, or in your community. If that doesn’t help, don’t give up,
tell somebody else
- Remember - no one deserves to be bullied
- Remember – it’s never too late for it to stop
There are various parts people play in bullying:
- You may be the leader
- You may follow the leader and join in the bullying
- You may be afraid that the leader will turn on you
- You may encourage the leader, perhaps by smiling or laughing
when somebody is hurt
- You may stay silent and watch from a distance
Remember, if you tell somebody, it could change things for
everybody.

There are many reasons why bullying happens. The important thing
is for it to stop.
