We help disadvantaged people receive adult education
within North Somerset.
We can help you take the important first step back into
learning by removing obstacles, providing support and helping
with practical matters such as childcare.
Between 2003 and 2005 we recruited 2000 adults into
programmes which included parenting skills, confidence
building, first aid, stress busting and family learning.
We run courses with the help of
Weston
College, North
Somerset Educational and Training Consortium and
Goblin Combe Environment
Centre.
We also work with organisations such as Friend and The
Carers' Centre to boost the resources and skills of people working
in the voluntary and community sector.
