Our Adult Learning Action Plan 2009-10 has been
produced in response to the Learning and Skills Council West of
England contractual agreement with the
council.
It sets out the plans for
community learning in North
Somerset.
We will work with intermediaries and partner organisations
to target geographic communities in North Somerset with high levels
of educational deprivation and the following communities of
interest:
- Adults with mental health difficulties and/or those in recovery
from drug or alcohol addictions
- Adults from the black and minority ethnic communities in North
Somerset and those for whom English is a second language
