We bring together residents, community-based
organisations and learning providers to engage in community and
family learning opportunities.
Our services are open to adults with fewer than five GCSEs or a
full NVQ level 2 qualification or equivalent.
We also offer family learning activities for parents and
children.
Our development workers work in local targeted communities.
Examples of the kinds of activities on offer include the
following:
- Beginners ICT
- Confidence Building
- Sign Language
- Other activities of your choice
We offer a free information and advice service to help
people get back into work, gain a qualification or take a new
direction in life.
We also support local community-based organisations,
particularly those who put on activities for groups.
Information about courses we can offer is available on the
Community
Learning West website.
