Each school in North Somerset has a CPD Leader who is
responsible for the professional development of staff in their
school.
We provide school CPD Leaders with an online
support network where CPD Leaders can access substantial
guidance on managing staff development processes in their
school.
This section of the website provides support for producing a CPD
Policy, a Toolkit of effective practice, a Learning Framework of
CPD opportunities for all staff, and resources to develop an
effective structure for CPD with associated evaluation
mechanisms.
