We employ a wide range of teaching and support staff in
our schools across the North Somerset area.
Our schools range from large secondary schools in our
larger towns to small primaries serving rural communities. Our
staff are diverse and well qualified with skills appropriately
suited to schools looking towards the future needs of our children
and young people.
We encourage our staff to continually develop their
professional skills through our
Continuing Professional Development
(CPD) programme.
Each school has a
CPD Leader who
is responsible for the development of the staff in their
school.

personnel issues relating to teaching and support staff
for headteachers, staff and governors of locally managed
schools through our Schools HR
service.
