journey including the quality, safety or reliability of the vehicle
or the behaviour of other passengers, please
contact us as soon as possible.
We carefully monitor routes and work closely with our
contractors to improve standards and rectify problems quickly.
We also work closely with schools to address poor behaviour, and
serious incidents can lead to exclusion from School Transport
services.
