We operate a Home to School Transport Appeals Panel
which considers cases which fall outside the normal transport
policy.
Appeals can be made in writing to the Home to School Transport
team. You will not be required to attend a formal appeal hearing
but you should include any supporting documents or other evidence
along with your letter.
The transport appeal panel will usually respond to you within
around one month with the outcome of your appeal.
