We provide support for 78 schools,
delivering education to approximately 28,000 pupils across North
Somerset.
Nearly half of our whole council budget is spent on
providing this service with a further £45m being invested in
buildings and facilities.
This will provide new classrooms, sports halls, libraries and
disabled facilities for our pupils.
We provide sites for primary, secondary and special school tuition
as part of our statutory duty to provide every child in the
district with an education.
