The Governors' Association aims to improve the
range and quality of training, support and information available to
governors across North Somerset.
It works in partnership with North Somerset Council to achieve this
and to enable governors to focus on their strategic role
of raising educational standards in our schools.
It has created
the Governors' Association of North
Somerset website which provide details of how it is
organised and details of training courses for governors.
It also offers other valuable sources of information and links
to other websites which can help governors reach and
attain their targets and goals.
