We work with schools and learning settings to help provide
the
best opportunities for children and young people in North
Somerset.
Working across the 0 to 19 age range, we can tailor our
advice
and support for your needs. Key areas of our work include:
- Innovation and Development: We can help with research,
learning networks and showcase events (such as the Diploma
launch) and by advising on national policy development.
- Support and Challenge: We can assist with self evaluation,
local
authority reviews and residencies and advise on quality
standards
(such as the Leading Aspect Award, Basic Skills Quality Mark,
Challenge Award and Healthy Schools).
- Partnership and One to One: We can provide assistance
with
networks, tailored support for schools and settings as well
as
individual coaching and mentoring.
We aim to give an overview of our key work. Some of this is
funded centrally and some can be purchased to provide additional
support.
