The Leading Aspect Award is a framework that has been
developed to recognise and celebrate leading practice
The Award has been designed with, and by, educational
practitioners as a means to recognise leading practice that exists
in schools, families of schools, Higher and Further Education
Institutions, Behaviour Support Services, Foster Care, Secure
Accommodation, In fact anywhere where leading practice exists and
which may or may not have been recognised.
Twenty-one of our schools, groups of schools or other
services have gained one or more national Leading Aspect
Award since 2004.
You can apply online or download and print an application form
from the Leading Aspect Award
website. Guidance on filling in the application and the
supporting evidence you will need to produce is also available on
their website. Our
Teaching and Learning Adviser for PSHE and Citizenship will be
happy to give advice and guide you through the
process.
