The support
for ethnic minority achievement (EMA) is currently managed in North
Somerset primarily within the Vulnerable Learners’
Service.
They have
responsibility for providing cross-cluster support to ensure that
all ethnic minority children and their families, including those
with English as an additional language, are supported appropriately

-
Following direct
referrals from schools and settings of individual BME children for
whom there are concerns, or referrals via Cluster Leads
-
As part of whole
