the development of early years and childcare provision for children
aged 0-19 in North Somerset.
By supporting and implementing the national strategy for

provides information, advice and guidance on all

services, organisations, family support helplines and much
more.
Our childcare development team offers advice, support and
training to all existing and potential providers of early years and
out of school provision. Each year they produce a
training directory listing details of relevant courses and
qualifications available in North Somerset and providers should
book these courses
online.
We actively promote play
in North Somerset and believe it is an important part of children
and young people's development.
