Emergencies

Here are the details for our out of hours emergency contacts.

Our normal opening hours are Monday to Thursday 8.45am until 5pm and Friday 8.45am until 4.30pm.

Outside of these normal office hours please contact us using the following numbers in the following circumstances:

• In an emergency requiring an urgent response contact our Emergency Contact Answering Service (ECAS) on 01934 622 669
• In an emergency connected to social services contact 01454 615 165
• In an emergency connected to any council housing problems contact North Somerset Housing (NSH) on 01275 345 150
