The ready4work programme aims to help local people to
get back to work.
To be eligible you must be:
- Claiming Incapacity Benefit, Income Support, Employment Support
Allowance
- Have been unemployed for 3 months or more
- Live in the South or Central Wards of
Weston-super-Mare
The ready4work programme can provide support in accessing
training for:
- Construction
- Counselling
- Health and Social Care
- Security Industry Association Training
- Teaching Assistant
- Warehousing
It can also provide a job grant of £200 for participants who
start a job of 16 hours or more per week or start their own
business.
We work closely with Jobcentre Plus,
North Somerset Enterprise Agency and
Westonworks.
