The North Somerset Partnership is North Somerset's Local
Strategic Partnership.
The partnership is made up of representatives from the private,
voluntary and public sectors and aims, by bringing them
together, to improve quality of life for people living in North
Somerset.
North Somerset Partnership is responsible for preparing the
North Somerset Sustainable Community Strategy 2008-2026 'Improving
our communities together'. The strategy sets out the
priorities for improving quality of life within the district for
the next 15-20 years and is available
on the North Somerset
Partnership website.
The Partnership also oversees the development and implementation
of the
North Somerset Local Area Agreement, a three year
agreement between government and the local area, which is a
key delivery mechanism for the Strategy.
