Contracts Database

This online database can help you find out about the contracts we currently hold.

From 1 February 2010, we will be posting all contract opportunities on: www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk

You can view opportunities without registering, however registering is free of charge and brings the added benefit of allowing you to receive email alerts when an opportunity is posted that is of interest to your company.

A full description of the contract is listed, along with its duration and any relevant contact details.

Most of the contracts we offer fall into one of the following categories:

  • framework arrangement: providing goods and services as and when required over a fixed period with no prior agreement to purchase a specific quantity of goods or services although normally an indication will be provided of estimated usage

  • call off contract: for a fixed quantity of goods or services at agreed prices with an agreed timescale

  • one-off contract: - to meet a specific need and are generally short-term agreements to supply goods and services to meet an individual requirement. For example, the supply of specialist scientific equipment for our Trading Standards Service or the supply of consultancy services for a particular project

  • renewable contract: for services required on a regular basis and generally let over a longer period of time, perhaps three to five years, and monitored on a regular basis.
