It is your right to appeal against a
decision made on your business rates on the grounds of your
properties rateable value or on the completion notice of the
premises.
Rateable Value
You can appeal if you think your premises has been
given the wrong rateable value which dictates how much you have to
pay.
If you wish to query your rates you can appeal to
the Valuation Office Agency (VOA) who
will investigate the decision.
Completion Notice
If you wish to appeal against your completion notice you should
